How can I get help?

We've got a support link directly in the app, and every question is answered by a Leaptree and Salesforce expert who knows their stuff. Alternatively, send us an email to help@leaptree.com

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support paying by invoice and bank transfer.

Is product technical support provided?

Yes, as part of your licence fees we include standard technical support, from 9am-5.30pm GMT.  Premium 24-hour support can be added to your service, if required, at an additional fee.

I've just signed up, now what?

We engage with you through our LeapForward onboarding program, which is designed to get you and your team up and running as quickly as possible.  

How long is the minimum contract term?

12 months is the minimum contract term for a Leaptree product licence.

Will  and Incentivize, Maximize, Optimize work with the professional editions of Salesforce?

Yes, you do not require the Enterprise version of Salesforce for these products to work, however, you should be aware of the Salesforce limitations of the Professional editions.

Does Leaptree adhere to international compliance standards such as HIPAA and FedRAMP?

Our Leaptree apps follow a rigorous security review process with Salesforce before they can be published on the AppExchange store.  As such, all relevant security standards apply.  More information can be found here.

Do Leaptree products integrate easily with other 3rd party applications?

Leaptree products are built 100% native within the Salesforce platform. Therefore, once your 3rd Party Application can integrate with Salesforce, then you will be able to integrate with the Leaptree products. There are range of integration options to support this.
